Billing, Cancellation & Refunds
What to check before purchasing a plan and how billing issues will be handled.
Plan allowances
Current standard plans include the ad allowance and production limits displayed at checkout. Monthly allowances do not roll over. Extra duration, premium models and additional revisions are separately scoped rather than automatically charged.
Cancellation
The cancellation channel, effective timing and treatment of remaining allowance are awaiting business confirmation. This draft does not establish a cancellation deadline or waive any statutory rights.
Failed production and billing issues
The current product policy provides for review and retry of technical production failures. If the agreed ad cannot be delivered, the issue must be resolved with the customer. Keep the project and transaction identifiers when raising a problem; do not send full card details.
Refund rules
Refund eligibility, request window and treatment of consumed credits have not yet been approved. No blanket “no refunds” rule is established by this draft. Applicable mandatory consumer remedies remain available.
