The terms for using Ganefer and creating AI-assisted video ads.
About these terms
Ganefer is provided by Hassar Teknoloji A.Ş., ÜNALAN MAH. ÜNALAN CAD. 1 - 1, ÜSKÜDAR / İSTANBUL. Contact: support@hassar.tech. These draft terms describe Ganefer’s video creation service. The effective date and governing law must be confirmed before these terms are published as binding terms.
Accounts and access
Use accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Only access workspaces and projects you are authorized to use. If you act for a business, you must have authority to act on its behalf.
Your inputs and outputs
You must have permission to use uploaded images, footage, trademarks, scripts, voices and likenesses. You retain your rights in your inputs. Processing those inputs is necessary to provide the service. Output rights depend on applicable law, third-party rights and the generation provider’s terms; uniqueness or copyright protection is not guaranteed.
AI output and advertising
Review every output before publication for accuracy, rights, disclosures and advertising-platform requirements. AI may produce errors or unintended results. Ganefer does not guarantee ad approval, sales, audience response or any performance metric. Illustrative previews are not customer results.
Plans and payments
The plan and checkout describe the price, billing interval and included allowance. Monthly allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over under the current plans. Additional scope requires an agreed price. Existing subscriptions retain their original package terms. See the billing and refunds page for the draft policy.
Acceptable use and access restrictions
Do not use the service for unlawful content, unauthorized impersonation, infringement, abuse or attempts to bypass access and usage controls. Access may be restricted to investigate misuse or protect the service.
Availability and legal rights
Features marked preview may change and may not support the complete production workflow. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. Liability provisions, dispute procedure and termination terms remain subject to legal review before publication.
